Villa Teodora Maria is located in Mate Balote Street, only 350 meters from the beach. It consists of 4 apartments with bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining room, bathroom and terrace. Each unit has an area of 45 square meters.
Villa Karmen Maria is located in Antonio Smareglia Street, only 700 meters from the beach. It consists of 7 units: 3 studios wtih balconies, 2 one-bedroom apartments and 2 two-bedroom apartments. All apartments are with living room, kitchen with dining room, bathroom and terrace.
Villa Valerian is located in Podravska Street, only 800 meters from the beach. It consists of 6 units: 2 studios and 4 one-bedroom apartments. All apartments are with living room with extra pull-out bed, kitchen with dining room, bathroom and terrace.
